Alex was pulled in before he could tell what was happening, his face turning red once more at the close contact. He had been curious at the sudden move before Yang pointed up to the green colored weed hanging from the ceiling above their heads. His face went slightly more red when he recognized the plant as Mistletoe and remembered the Christmas Tradition behind it.

"Hahaha.... Wow... The timing huh?" The blush was still present but the smile made it's way back onto his face. "Well~... Who am I to argue with such an age old tradition~?" One of his hands reached up and gently touched Yang's cheek. Her smile was a mischievous but a beautiful one. Alex's smile meanwhile was a playful one as well.

He leaned in.

The soft feeling of Yang's lips on his. The world, even if just for a moment, vanishing around him...

This was heaven.

Yang happily kissed back. The moment felt right and wonderful until there was a shutter sound.

One lavender eye looked over to see Ruby and Weiss with scrolls out. Yang gave a small sigh before pulling away. "Can't I enjoy my time with my boyfriend?" Yang asked.

"Third store you two have started kissing in," Weiss noted with a smirk.

"Weiss has a point. Who knew my big tough sister was a romantic," teased the youngest member of the group.

"And who knew you two could be so nosey~?" Came Alex's slightly playful, slightly annoyed return. The smile and blush on his face somewhat matched Yang's.

"Can you really blame us, Alex? We haven't seen Yang this happy in a long time," Weiss offered.

"Yeah. Last time she smiled this much was the day she disappeared.... heck she laughed at a Weiss pun!" Ruby offered.

Yang chuckled before hugging Alex. "Again I still think I made out like a bandit for Christmas. I got my sister, a boyfriend, and a teammate who might as well be family early~" she offered with a smile.

..... Alex couldn't help but snicker... Then laugh somewhat at these three wonderful women. Along with Ryan joining the list, including Lizzie, meeting Undyne, Papyrus and others, Erin, Beth, Todd....

It seemed like Yang wasn't the only one that gained new family from this long time living in this new location...

"If I had to be honest, Yang?" The three girls looked to him oddly, the thief looking nostalgic, probably a little sad... And yet...

Happy all at the same time.

"I feel the exact same way~."
